Women & Leadership Australia (WLA), a national initiative dedicated to supporting a higher representation of female leadership throughout the Australian workforce and the broader community, is administering a grant program to support the development of female leaders across Australia’s finance sector.
The initiative is providing women with grants to enable participation in a range of leadership development programs.
WLA’s aim is to improve the diversity of the finance sector, and its charter recognises the important and positive role that women can contribute as a result of increased participation, particularly at senior/executive levels within organisations.
The leadership development programs are part-time and delivered nationally via WLA’s blended learning model. Scholarship funding is strictly limited and will be awarded based on a set of selection criteria being met.
